Started going to the gym, finally.
It feels SO good. 
I’m only a couple days in but wow it’s wonderful.
Yesterday was leg day; started with 45 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes of leg machines, and 15 minutes in the sauna.
Today was 15 minutes of swimming, 40 minutes of arm machines, 10 minutes in the sauna.
I feel so good.
Can’t wait to go back.
